Spicy Chicken and Eggplant


This was sooooo ono that I ate two huge servings and my lips got all chapped from the spiciness. Stir 3 t. minced garlic and some chili pepper in oil.
Add 2 lb. chicken, sliced in strips
Add 4 T. fish sauce, 4 t. sweet soy sauce, 2 t. sugar
Add 30 basil leaves, 3 eggplants and 1/2 c. stock or water
Bring to boil
