Update on Fred

Fred still appears when I go out to putter around the yard.  He usually scampers up to me and does his head-bobbing thing.  Then he waits patiently while I dig for worms for him.

But I think his favorite is flies.  Landon once swatted a fly, and Fred couldn't even wait for Lan to flick the fly off.  He just jumped right onto the swatter and gobbled it up.

Fred's getting you trained! Maybe get some fishing worms from the bait shop? Our WalMarts have little tubs of worms in their gun/ammo section in a little fridge. Cute little guy. Linda in Kansas

I have a plant like yours on the right. The one with the round leaves. Any tips for caring for it? Mine is struggling. Looks like your pot is deeper than mine. Maybe that's what I should change.

Aunty, I haven't seen him for a couple of days now since the rains. Hope he's okay.

Linda, I wonder if we have them here.

Plant-killa, that's my one plant that does really well. All the rest struggle. It gets watered lots everyday and is in the sun.

Izsmom, he's easy to recognize because he has a stubby tail.

N, LOL.

Kat, he's getting tamer and tamer.
