Wendell's "secret" to his ono French toast is to use sweet bread.
2 pieces sweet bread
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine the milk, egg, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon, dip the sweet bread and fry in butter.
