Weigh-in for our diet challenge is in one week . . . and Wendell makes this. The aroma alone was torture. I didn't eat as much as I would've liked to but . . . you know . . . I had to eat enough so that I could let you know how deeeeelicious it was.
The recipe is courtesy Anne Burrell of the Food Network and can be found here. Wendell said that he didn't have fresh rosemary or sage so used the dried versions instead.

I'm so jealous.
yummy!
How cruelly delicious it looks! I want to nibble on the crispy part by the ribs, slurp slurp, yum yum!
Kay, Art is da bomb husband too.
Oh so yummy, Kat.
The perfect description, Aunty!
uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu....i wouldn't even enter the competition if i lived in your house.
That is Beautiful Jalna! I normally don't buy meat with bones, because I don't have a dog. So I feel like I am paying extra per pound for the bones only to throw the bones away.
But this is awesome as are the pictures on the recipe site!
I love IT!
So hard, Les. And dunno if Wendell is just trying to be annoying or he really feels like eating treats lately, but he's been buying cookies and ice cream and chips galore lately. I even asked him if he was trying to annoy me.
Thanks Mark.
Looks professional!
It does yah, Akemi.
