I love when Landon makes potatoes this way. It's my favorite. He said that all you do is wedge the potatoes and coat them with a mixture of mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese. He just puts everything in a big bowl and mixes them all up. Then he bakes the wedges for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. He said that they'll probably be done sooner if your wedges are small. How easy yah!

Kat, you can make tiny wedges for your little oven. LOL.
Jalna (is that your real name?): I found a link to your blogs about a week ago on my cousin's blog, and thoroughly enjoy your sense of humor, the super photos, and learning about your enormous circle of friends. I am definitely going to try Landon's potato wedges as I have all of the ingredients at home. Please keep up the good work!
I can smell the cheese in this shot.. yum!!
Yum, looks ono!
I'll be trying these wedges!
The same mixture is really good on top of canned artichoke. I like to add a dash of lemon and cayenne pepper too. Just quarter the canned artichoke heart, put on a cracker, top with a blob of mayo/parm mixture and bake. Yum.
Hi Lorna!! Yup, that's my real name :) Thanks so much for your kind words! Good luck with the wedges.
