Susan's Tasty Cornbread
Coworker Susan shared her cornbread with us awhile back. It was really good. She made it extra special by adding in cream cheese and blueberries. She said she just put bits of cream cheese and blueberries on the top and poked them in before baking.
Mix together:
3 c. Bisquick
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c to 1/2 c yellow cornmeal
Combine:
3 eggs
1 1/4 c milk
Add together with 1 block of melted margarine. Stir together thoroughly and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
