Coworker Michele made this lunch for me today. Soooo nice, yah! It made me really, really happy. I loved it. She said all you gotta do is make the somen noodles, add seafood salad (the green stuff), chopped kamaboko and Tropics Oriental dressing. Then stuff the mixture into those premade aburage sushi pouches. Sounds like something even I could make.
3 pkg or 48 pc aburage 1 pkg-8oz somen noodles, cooked, drained, & cooled 2-6oz blocks kamaboko, sliced 8oz green ocean salad 6oz Tropics Oriental Dressing Directions: Mix together somen, kamaboko, green ocean salad, and oriental dressing. Squeeze excess moisture out of aburage and fill with somen mixture. Chill and serve. Makes approximately 48 salad cones. *Can also be eaten as a salad without the aburage*
