Before Landon was even born . . . over 30 years ago . . . Wendell was Kimo's Little League baseball coach. Kimo was one of those very special players who become a part of your life forever. He was at a wedding that me, Wendell and Landon attended last night. When talking to him, Kimo remarked how he just loves looking at the food and recipes on this blog . . . and so could I stop with the beanies already. Hahahaha!!
