My sister Didi is a great cook. In fact, she has two published cook books.
I soooo didn't inherit the cooking gene, but I did manage to make this pork adobo the other night. I followed this recipe from Didi's first book. I also microwaved a couple of potatoes and threw them in. Unfortunately, I threw them in too soon and they got kinda mushy. Sheeze . . .

Way cool! Do you know where they sell her cookbooks?
They sell 'um in all the bookstores and cooking stores, but I can get for you if you like.
oooh Erick, she get connections!
I cooked Chicken Parmesan Marinara (page 175) the other night. My wife and I loved it!
Hey, I'd like to get copies of her books too. How much are they? This adobo looks good, the potatoes look fine too.
Vince, I heard about your Chicken Parmesan. Didi was tickled about it. It looked really good in the picture you sent her!
Betty, the adobo actually came out good. I brought a little to work and Brandee said it was Da Bomb. She's getting the rest of my leftovers tomorrow. I'll send you copies of the books next chance I get.
These books have been out for so so long, they are out of print, Borders, Barnes and Nobles, Exec Chef, Compleat Kitchen....all no longer have them. We are trying to get my website up so that we can take orders..
