Alaskan Grilled Salmon

It was my turn to make dinner tonight, and I spent a full 2 minutes making this onolicious salmon. I lined the pan with foil to save on dishwashing time,
cut open this pouch, and baked for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
It can be found in the frozen section at Costco, and comes in handy when it's your turn to cook.

I have to remember that salmon the next time I'm at Costco. I made Wendell's Spanish Rice last night. I added kidney beans and used cooked rice. We wrapped the rice in tortillas and ate it burrito-style with sour cream and cheese. We loved it, including my young nieces. Great recipe. ~~Fawn
