After eating shave ice at Jojo's we went looking for Waimea Canyon, not exactly an easy feat. For some reason, Leslie's usually reliable GPS would not pinpoint the direction for us. We went zigzagging up and down the winding road until we finally got to the lookout. They need to put big arrows or something along the road for people like us.
I'm so glad that I took a video of the canyon because no matter how hard I tried, my photos do not do it justice. The picture below is very wide . . . not sure how it'll show up on your computer/device.
I shot this video with my phone. I somehow forgot that I had my camera with me which shoots better videos. So lolo.
