Here's another dish shared by a coworker. This was a major hit. Thanks Allison!! It was really good. And thanks for the recipe!
2 bags frozen broccoli (defrosted)
1 lb cubed cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 lb velveta cut up
water chestnuts (or slivered almonds)
Mix everything together. Bake for 45 minutes.
Add dried onion rings to top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Looking for Bugs at Foster Botanical Garden 2014 - I know some of these aren't bugs. Bugs are so hard to find so I had to sub a couple of lizards. I am so happy to see you.
