We've had the air conditioner on pretty much all the time lately. The other day it was so muggy outside that there was condensation on our windows and glass door.

SUPER hot here! I heard the heat causing less mangoes on trees and if there are mangoes and avocados-they're falling off the trees sooner than normal. Weather too dry. Thankful we've been getting some rain in the last week.
j: OMG isn't it so oppressive. I'm cleaning out my storage locker and have until EOM and this awful weather just makes me more tired. Whatta time to have to do heavy labor. Even my poor dogs are panting inside the house! I love the rain though it tempers the heat somewhat and boy do we need rain! BTW did you hear the thunder this morning? I am a heavy sleeper and it woke me up this early am - it got me scared cuz it sounded like it was just above my head (though I know that's how sound carries) and kept trying to go back sleep and another boom and I'll wake up with a jolt. Never heard thunder that strong ever - be safe and cool! - N
This heat and humidity is really getting to me and last night, at 2:30 a super loud lightning strike jolted us awake. It was really scary. It sounded like it struck extremely close to us and I just looked out our window and see that our street light next to our house is totally dark. Hmmm...
Susan, I was wondering how it was there where you are.
N, the thunder sounded distant for us. Kona's gotten pretty deaf, and he didn't hear any of it. Poor thing you, working in a hot storage locker. Keep hydrated!!
