Wendell's Lemon-Caper Black Cod


I normally don't really care for fish, but this was really, really yummy.  Wendell saw the recipe in a magazine in a doctor's office.

Ooooh. Looks ono! Have to send over to my daughter in Seattle - her fiance goes out to catch black cod in the summer. She cooks it all kind ways. Maybe I'll try too.

Isn't technology great, especially with a camera on the smart phone. Glad you enjoyed the fish, since you're not a big fan of it.
By the way," Guardians of Galaxy Vol 2" was great.

Was this fresh cod ? I bought some frozen cod since that's what we get here, bleck!!
