Wendell gets a lot of his recipes from magazines that he reads while in a doctor's waiting room. This dish is from one of them.
Nowadays he takes a picture of the recipe with his phone. I not saying how he used to bring home the recipes before.

I do the same thing lol (take a pic of the recipe). Than I'll go on Pinterest to look for it on there and pin it to my board.
If my phone could take pictures, I would. I just quietly tear out a page, I cough a lot too. You should get him a magazine subscription from Food and Wine, they have some good and simple recipes, pictures too. I going try the chorizo chicken recipe because get beer inside, it must be good.

LOL. I know, N, for real, yah! The chicken was really tasty and tender. Kinda spicy, but maybe a little bit too oily for me.
Looks great! I do too take pic of recipe some of the time and if I'm waiting in my dentist office then I will ask the receptionist to copy it for me...because they're very nice and friendly.
