First you pour the condensed milk into your coffee cup. I guess the amount depends on how sweet and creamy you want it . . . about a spoonful or two? Place the filter on top of the cup and pour in 1 to 2 tsp. of the coffee.
Screw on the little lid to kinda press the coffee down.

I love Vietnamese Iced Coffee. I tried making my own by buying already made coffee from 7-Eleven ha ha. It didn't turn out good.

btw, do you have a favorite instant coffee? i've tried dis and dat and i haven't found anything that really impresses me. (yeah, i know; we're talking about instant coffee... but i'm so lazy!)

Rand, I don't really have a favorite instant coffee, but if you'll check out Erick's recent blog on Chinatown, he has a picture of a cat. The cat is lying on some packages of Thai instant coffee that I like.
