Karen's Seasoned Pretzels
I sooo scored when my cousin Karen dropped off this jar of seasoned pretzels that she had made. It's now the first thing I go to when I get home from a hard day at work. Thanks Karen! Her recipe follows.
1 jar of Sam's Club honey wheat pretzel
1 1/4 c. canola oil
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
Whisk together the above ingredients. Pour over pretzels that have been placed into a large pan. Mix every 15 minutes for 1 hour with a wide spatula until dry. Karen said she does the mixing when the commercials come on during her Korean drama. When the pretzels are nicely coated and dry, pour into colander to drain off excess spices.
