Pork with Gravy

This was a tag team effort done by Wendell and Landon. Wendell said he got some pork shoulder and seasoned with salt and pepper and then browned it in a pan. Landon then removed the pork and fried up two Italian sausages in the same pan. He added some flour to make a roux, then added milk, chicken boullion, thyme and pepper. Sorry but he couldn't give me any measurements except "some". It was really, really ono.

Yummy!! People ask me how I make gravy and its the same thing as your son -- some of this, some of that!!

We went to Nagato's Sukiyaki last night after a Costco run. We both had pork teriyaki with tempura. Yum, yum!
