Pork Tofu

I followed Didi's recipe here, but had to modify it for a pound of pork instead of a quarter pound.  I also used shiitake mushrooms instead of enoki 'cause that's what I had.

Came out winnahs!  I need to go back to Foodland and pick up more of the thin-sliced pork belly again.  I think that was the key.

I have to show off the ceramic spouted bowl that I made for this exact purpose!

Sorry, but here's the recipe.  I'm too lazy to type it out.

J, Times Beretania carries it, they are carrying the thin sliced meats Japanese style as they're more like Don Q now. Don Q, Marukai carry the thin slices. Dunno about the other Times. Just remembered you have only Foodland your side. I haven't been to Foodland in months. Ala Moana too busy, no parking, some with Kapahulu. I prefer their pre cooked kaukau. Times not so good with that part though they're expanding. Loved your ceramic pieces. And all that home cooked kaukau you make so great. You're becoming a great chef now that you're retired. Thanks!! -N
