Comforting old school dish but now can corned beef is so expensive.
Also good with potatoes. Storm days had us eating corn beef, spam and ichiban. Reminded me of my childhood days. My mom cooked us these mainly for lunch and for dinner she made homemade meals.
For real! Even at the swap meet, Libby's is $5 a can.
