Dungeness Crab from Yi Xin Cafe

We ordered food from Yi Xin Cafe in Market City for Landon's birthday and the Dungeness crab was a major hit.  It was super meaty, super ono and super expensive.

Curry Crab with Naan Bread ($72.95)

Singapore Style Chili Crab ($68.00)

It was messy to eat, but DA SAUCE.  DA SAUCE.  That was enough for me.

the rice in the sauce is the best part! Actually, these prices are a little lower than most places!

My favorite place for Chinese food - but I am not a crab eater. Their honey walnut shrimp is like Little Village's one, and their string beans with eggplant is divine. I like their fried rice that has bits of sweet sour cabbage. I haven't been there in quite awhile since my teacher Esther (her favorite place) is gone.

The restaurant is a winner. All the dishes, so ono. They have a cold cute beverage in the shape of a baby cub.

That looks lovely, but a bit steep for my budget. Think I'd steal the recipie and grab some real crab from Sam's. Linda in Kansas, (no crabs around here.)

Crab is our go to for birthdays too. We buy the frozen ones and steam them and melt some butter. Mmm (they’re about $30 for a good size) when we are in the states we buy the live ones in a tank and I can’t even describe how much better they are fresh like that ! Happy Birthday to Landon!
