Taking a Break

I ended up in the ER on Saturday due to heart palpitations. They said it was probably due to dehydration.  I'm feeling better, but decided to take a break from blogging for now.

See you again soon.

Oh no! Glad you’re ok. It’s been hot and humid lately, can see why you may have been dehydrated. Take care and drink your fluids, not just water, but Gatorade or fluids with electrolytes. Praying you’ll feel better soon.

Oh no Jalna! I am glad they didn't find anything serious. I do think that sometimes when I am not feeling well it is because I am dehydrated too. I buy the pedialyte drink packets and mix it with a bottle water so I can get hydration and electrolytes too. Kind of pricey but it's my favorite tasting one lol. Take care!!!!

Anon, thank you. My blood pressure is usually low. And yes, I like salty food.

Annie, thanks!

Jenny, thanks for the tip on the pedialyte packets.

Chet, thank you. Please take care of yourself too.

Oh no… between Honolulu Aunty and her fainting spells, you with heart palpitations and me with vertigo, gosh! This is a challenging time for all of us. Someone else I know who suffers from vertigo told me her doctor recommended Liquid IV which she gets at Costco to keep hydrated. It has lots of sugar though so I dilute it a LOT.
