Petite Musubi

Here's another Seonkyoung Longest recipe. Wendell made this for a small outdoor gathering that Landon had with two of his friends.  It was a hit . . . perfect pupu size.

1 1/4 cup warm, cooked rice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. furikake

Mix the rice, mayonnaise and furikake in a mixing bowl and shape the rice into 8 to 10 small balls with your hands.

Interesting get mayo in the recipe. To make it stick better? Does it make it prone to spoiling quicker though? I know that’s why you use salt and ume.

So cute da size of da musubi. I'm assuming Seonkyoung is Korean? The Koreans have their own take on sushi, very delicious like their maki rolls.

Izsmom, it would probably spoil quicker . . . if had leftovers. LOL.

Kat, yessss.

Aunty, I agree about the mayo.

V, I had a "few" half dozen and was good!

Chet, I think she is. I love their nori too!
