Obento Rinka

I passed by Obento Rinka on my way to Asian Grocery and saw through their window that they were open and loaded with a variety of bento.

Hey, that's close to our working place!

When did bentos become so expensive?! Since I’m not working anymore, or should I say since I now work at home, I don’t go to the bento store. I’ve gotten so lazy to leave the house at times!

Oh wow! So much fun! Sort of reminds me of Mamaya.

j: Takai! It's so little bit and if it's fried stuff then it gets all soggy. It does look good but for $11-$15 I can get much more at a diner I think w/ a drink. -N

So did you try? Their healthy bento reminded me of Teruya's (on Pensacola across from Safeway) vegetarian bento with all the little compartments with different okazu. Ono. I love Japanese bento!

Mich, it is, but parking sucks so maybe would have to walk it.

Susan, I know exactly what you mean about just staying at home.

Izsmom, lots of variety yah.

Kay, it does!

N, I think that's what Wendell didn't like . . . the oyster rolls weren't crispy by the time he ate them.

V, I parked kinda far, but decided I could use the exercise.

Les, they must be popular 'cause people kept coming in.

Mark, LOL.

Aunty, I was tempted to get the Healthy Bento, but three of the compartments were different kinds of rice. One woulda been 'nuff.

Chet, hope you get to try.
