Landon made this Baked Spaghetti roughly following a recipe that I posted previously here. It came out really good.
He used these meatballs that I got from Times.
He fried up the cut-up meatballs with some bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic and celery. He seasoned with fresh thyme and dried oregano.
Finally, he added a jar of spaghetti sauce and poured the mixture onto spaghetti noodles, topped with some fake cheese and then baked at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Or something like that, anyway.

i would need Landon to move in with me if I were to covert to this diet...
Les, that's what I told Lan . . . wouldn't be possible without his expertise.
Wow, this really looks delicious!
Wow. You SO lucky you have cooks around you!
Looks delicious. Is it costing more in terms of grocery bill to be Vegan? I try to buy organic, or grass fed, free range when I can but so expensive.
Izsmom
looks good!
It was very tasty, Susan.
I know, Aunty. Otherwise I'd only be eating broccoli and mushrooms.
Izsmom, it's CHOKE more expensive . . . especially for me and Landon who now do the marketing.
Thanks Kat!
It was good!!
Great, Les!!
