Landon's Gyu-Don
Landon cheated and used a heat-and-serve package mix to make this.
He used five of these packs and added shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, konnyaku noodles, sausages and Waimana eggs. The pack was on sale for $2.39 at Marukai.
Note on Waimana Eggs. This was posted on the OK Poultry website:
Due to the temporary egg shortage at our farm, we had to come to a tough decision to postpone our participation at Kaiser High School Farmer's Market on Tuesdays until further notice. We anticipate our new birds to start producing eggs by this summer, so we are planning on returning to Kaiser as soon as we have sufficient supply. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but hope you can continue to enjoy our eggs through our store in Waimanalo and other retail outlets such as Don Quijote, Nijiya, and Marukai.

Isn't the package mix for gyudon? The way Landon made it, it sounds like it'd taste a whole lot better.

Looks good. Is that Longanisa in there?
Mmiissee, it's not Longanisa, but it is some kind of spicy sausage.
