Wendell saw this recipe in a Bon Appetit magazine while he was waiting in a doctor's office. I was able to find the article online. You can find the recipe here.
One of the ingredients is dried apricots! Wendell actually made a big mistake and used apple cider vinegar instead of just apple cider. !!!!! Still it was good. He said he's gonna try and make it again to see how it's supposed to really taste.
