Oh my goodness. I tried to do this post strictly using my iPad to see if I can possibly blog from Japan using it. The photos were taken with the iPad too. Ho da hard. Especially the touch screen part. The Blogger editor does not recognize swiping. Swiping is iPad's way of scrolling. So no can scroll. I've found a few "work arounds", but like I said before Ho da hard. But we'll see.
Anyway, I went to Hi Pho in Hawaii Kai the other day. I had a sore throat so I wanted some kind of soothing chicken broth thing.
I got the won ton soup in chicken broth. It was just okay. Small, little won tons. And they didn't give me any kind of dipping sauce.
Good thing we had hoi sin and sriracha sauce at home.

Hmmm... I think I liked the Kapahulu pho the best so far.
Granted I don't have the latest iPad, but when I want to edit something I'd written, it won't let me see anything beyond the first paragraph or so.
You're right, Kay! No can go down. I found that hitting "return" works as I'm entering in stuff. But once I'm at the bottom, no can go up! LOL.
I've never tried the Kapahulu pho. I might try check um out. I'm still sick . . . takes long to get well nowadays.
J: aiyah so sorry to hear you're sick. Hope you get better quickly. I gave up on tech stuff in the 90s unless it was for work and I had to learn stuff. The pho looked so ono though. If ever you're out on the west side you should try Pho Mai Han (sp) at the Westgate Shopping Center. I found them when they first opened and now a few years later they are rated 5-star on Yelp. Crisp, fresh and huge portions. The only thing I don't care for is their spring rolls. I love Vietnamese food and I could eat it weekly, it's such non oily fresh crispy food. Take care -N
Ho da expensive! I can't believe how much restaurant prices have risen!
yeah I cannot blog from my iPhone, so gotta use the laptop
Oooh, they sound ono, N. I been eating a lot of pho this past week. It seems like getting sick is an annual thing for me now.
That's about normal here now, Mark.
Aiyaaa Kat. I have a feeling I might not be too successful in Japan, especially with iffy wifi too.
Ho da pics small now! Haha, just teasing. Get well soon, I don't wanna say I haven't caught a bad sore throat/ colds and cough yet for awhile because I know I'm gonna get it after I say it but hope you'll feel better soon!
Hope you're feeling better Jalna!
Lol!! Funny, Susan. I just knocked on wood for you. Hahaha.
I am better, Jenny. This bout wasn't as bad as usual. Or could be the Mucinex.
I like the store name! Disney related? Heigh HO, Heigh HO...oh it's not seven dwarfs thingy?...
I hope you feel better soon.
Ahahahaha, too funny, Akemi. I'm feeling way better now, thanks!
