Aunty Mabel's Chocolate Chip Cake

I used to make this a lot back in the day when I wasn't so lazy. It's really easy to make and comes out very moist.


Cream together 8 oz of cream cheese and 4 eggs, mixing well after each egg.IMG_0333

Add 1/2 c. of vegetable oilIMG_0335

Add 1 small box of instant chocolate pudding mixIMG_0340

Add 1 cup of hot (tap) waterIMG_0343

Add 1 box of Devil's Food cake mixIMG_0346

Add 1 package semisweet chocoloate chips (2 cups)IMG_0348

Makes 24 - 3o cupcakes (30 - 35 minutes) or one 9 x 13 inch pan (40 to 45 minutes) in 350 degree oven.IMG_0354

yeah, I could never do a box mix in my teeny oven, would take a while...
