I remember when there was NO Kahala Mall. The was a massive parking lot. With Longs on one side and Foodland on the other. With a long covered walkway between the two stores, I guess for rainy days. That's it! We kept hearing rumors of a new mall, but it took years to come about.
I've gone back to buy more when I find out tangerines are sweet. Most of the time by the time I go back they're all gone. I'm gonna be on the look out for those here.
