This is almost brand new. I barely used it, and it was giving me trouble yesterday.
The tape wouldn't wind back into the dispenser as I was using it, so I used the screw thing in the back to manually wind it in. Then the tape twisted so that it was upside down. I had to yank it out to turn it back to the right side out. Then the white stuff wouldn't come off the tape and instead bunched up at the tip.
It was at this point that I forcibly tossed the d@^^n thing into the trash.

Thank you very much for the warning. We used to use something like that in typing class. I use a white out these days that I bought years and years ago in Europe. I can believe it's still working and not dried up yet.
Good grief! I just checked my pen. It's called Presto Jumbo correction pen and they sell it at Office Max and Walmart. I'm glad I can get it again when my pen dies out. Internet is wonderful. I would have looked for it in Europe.

Lol......Ha. That's one of my pet peeves with correction tape.
I always have this problem! I mean, even the expensive ones go off track sometimes but some brands are easily mangled and difficult to wind back up. this is the one i bought: https://www.jetpens.com/Pentel-Petit-Corre-Correction-Tape-6-mm-Width/pd/1800 and i like it becase it fits easily into my pen case.. i've learned to apply it slowly but i'm so impatient. lol. recently, daiei switched up their stationery section and stocked up on da good stuff from Japan. even the $1.99 section had a nice pack of 2 mini correction tape dispensers. at the aiea location, at least.
j: brings me back to my working days and yup that's what those damn things do. When they work, it's great but they always get jammed and it's crazy hard to unjam them. Do they do it so you'll buy another?? -N
