Here's a Costco item that didn't fail. Wendell bought this yesterday. At about 9 p.m. last night I took a look at the instructions and it was so easy that I decided to whip it up then. 3 cups of the mix plus 1 1/2 cups of water makes 12 muffins in a flash . . . low fat and ono!!! Wendell had two! He said the bag was about $5 something. . . and it's HUGE . . . 5 pounds! What a bargain!
Betty, I vaguely remember discovering Marie Callender cornbread about 30 years ago when me and Wendell were on the mainland. I think of Knott's Berry Farm and I don't remember why.
