Füdina Frying Pan

I bought this small Made in Italy frying pan from Ross.  We really liked it so I went back (several times) and got a medium-sized one ($15.99) and a large one ($24.99).  We've been taking special care to store them stacked between kitchen towels to protect the finish.

There was also another "Italian" brand called Pedrini that looked good too, but on close inspection I saw that it was actually Made in China so I quickly put that one back on the rack.

It’s hard to find things NOT Made in China. I bought a couple of T Fal pans made in France. They work great.

I bought a water hose from City Mill a few months back - it was a red rubber hose that was super lightweight and made in Italy. I liked it so much I went back for another one but they were gone, so I ordered it from Amazon. I liked that it was made in Italy as well as how it was just perfect for me.

Why do you like these pans, other than the fact that they are not made in China and from Italy instead?

I'm glad you check the Knock Off Pedrini, made in China. Would have been pogo, waste money.

Nice !! We have those too in 3 sizes. Good you protect yours. Ours gets used by everybody so you can imagine what it looks like after awhile. I already replaced the medium size one with another.

Izsmom, I was actually thinking of getting T Fal, but at the time that I was looking Ross didn't have any.

Aunty, we like the slippery-ness. Time will tell if that lasts though.

Kat, yah!

Chet, I hate to waste my money too.

Susan, I had to replace our Calphalon frying pans which got bust-up so fast. That's why we're trying to make these last by storing with the kitchen towels for protection.
