Not really sure if these pizzas really do qualify as vegan because of the crust, but I think that Landon said that the cheese was vegan cheese and for sure there is no meat topping. I liked both of them.

N, my last doctor visit had been when I was only about a month into the vegan-style eating, and he said that whatever I was doing to keep it up. My next 3-month visit is due soon. Landon's visit happened when he was only about 2 weeks in, and although he did improve, it was not enough to get him off meds.
