Wendell followed a Food.com recipe to make this poke. You can find the recipe here. He left out the sesame seeds and the shoyu. I don't eat raw fish so I can't tell you if was ono or not, but he made it twice already so I think it's good.

Did you notice the smiley face?

Looks SO ono and the fish looks super fresh! Poor ting you don't eat raw fish.
:)
hmm..I see two smileys.. one that's sideways.. :-)
I know Aunty. I've tried . . . but no can. Maybe it's a textural thing, like natto.
Thanks, Kat.
Funny, Shun Wah!
You soooo don't know what you're missing! No shoyu? I've had it both ways, I think I like the kind with shoyu better
It looks really good. I'll check it out, thanks.
Great, Erick!
The ones with shoyu look better to me too, Les. I wish I would like it. Sometimes it smells so good too . . .
Once you mentioned it, I could definitely see the smiley face. My son LOVES LOVES poke. Me... so so, but my son would be scarfing this up in nothing flat.
Kay, can your son get poke where he's at?
Looks very ono and that's a kind of a sinister smile with that one ogo eyebrow, haha!
Hi Jalna, I was hoping to run into you every time (twice) I was in Honolulu, ha ha ha. So hot and humid in Hawaii that I was so glad to be back here.
This poke looks great!
