Black-Bean Scallops and Zucchini


Wendell said that Ming Tsai made this dish when he was a guest on a Sara Moulton cooking show. I think that's what he said anyway . . . sometimes I no listen when he's talking to me.  Wendell did a good job.  It was ono.   You can find the recipe here.  Also, notice the beautiful hand-made plate.

Looks ono, but for some reason I can't swallow the "black beans" when my in-laws cook "black bean crab with ground pork". I know it's all in my mind! Haha

LOL! I get accused of not listening all the time...and I don't!! Love your plate...unfortunately the scallops are a NO NO for me...such a bummer!! Otherwise it looks good!
