My cousin Patty gave me a bag of this beef jerky. It is as good as it looks! Soooo ono. It's kinda crunchy and still a bit chewy. Thank you Patty!!
She said that her friend's friend makes it. So I have an idea. I wonder if I can make it too. Les is gonna give me her dehydrator and I'm gonna try. Whatcha think?
I went online and got ideas from here and here and here. I'm kinda shocked that it takes only about 4 to 8 hours to dry. How can? I was thinking more like days, yeah? So, we'll see. For sure I'll document this misadventure!
You can find out more on how to make beef jerkey here at: Make That Jerkey.
My "once a week" blogging announcement didn't go over too well. Hahahaha . . . so I'll try for every other day.

Hi jalna, Is there any way you can find the original recipe for the one you are holding ?
looks good.
Make sure to bust out the dental floss afterwards otherwise you will wonder why people are avoiding talking to you :O0 jk :)
The "Secret" is that they fry it or deep fry it. My friends good friend makes something like that, it maybe the same person. Everytime we have a party at their house, her friend brings a bag of it.
Hey Anon, I don't think I can get that recipe, but if I ever do, I'll let you know.

Long, long time ago, I remember my Dad making jerky...he dried it outside for days...seemed that way. He made two kinds, one with chili peppers and one without for us kids. So Ono! This looks great!
