CQ's Mango Salsa

CQ put some kalua pig on naan bread, topped it with her mango salsa and drizzled some barbeque sauce over it all.  It was veeery yummy.   Her salsa recipe follows.  Make sure you pay careful attention to her precise measurements.




Bunch of ripe mangoes from somebody's yard
A bit of canned peaches, drained and chopped
Few jalapeno peppers
Sprigs cilantro
Some diced tomatoes and onions
Squeeze of lemon juice
