I saw this brownie mix at Ross and was wondering how it would turn out because it was "gluten free", but I thought I'd try it anyway because Wendell likes desserts and I've been lazy to bake lately, and this seemed easy enough.
I followed the instructions for a more cake-like, less fudgey brownie, added chocolate chips and nuts, and it came out good!
It was $4.99 which is not a huge Ross savings since Amazon has it for $5.47.

I love brownies and gluten free is even better! My doctor said that my high glycemic index and other problems are caused by gluten. SO hard to avoid, but stuff like this will help!
uuuuu, with coffee ice cream and chocolate fudge drizzled!
