Looks delicious. And I like your pic better than the recipe one because yours has those crispy ko-ge parts that I like!!! Did you guys use the lime? I wonder how it would be with lemon instead? ;)
I LOVE Thai pork chops - the ones at To Thai For are super ono too, but yikes(!) they are expensive - like $14 for the order.
This one looks super good and easy! I'm gonna ask my Thai friend for her recipe too and maybe post in the future. In fact, I just bought thin cut pork chops from Times today because of your post!

Ooooh Al, I like the ko-ge parts too. Wendell said that he did use lime . . . but the bottle-kine juice.
For real, Mark!
Aunty, that was the first time that I tasted Thai pork chops, and I really liked it!
What about some Asparagus, Brussels sprouts or other fun veggies on da side? Did you do that? I only saw meat. But looks awesome!
O, o, o!!! We did have some leftover cauliflower/squash that Wendell made with just olive oil.
One fun thing my ex taught me to make. Acorn squash, cut in half, put in maple syrup and brown sugar and butter and then broil in the oven! Yummers!
Looks so good!!! Thank you for the recipe. I should visit To Thai For (To die for?)....clever naming!
oooh easy too!
Yes, I like my pork chops with a good marinate with those black crispy parts too!
Whoa, Mark. that sounds awesome!! Trying to put it to memory right now . . . maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, broil.
I've never been there myself, Akemi.
Hope you get to try it, Les. Really was good.
First time for me that way, Susan . . . I think . . .
Your food pictures keep making me hungry, hungry, hungry. I want to borrow Wendell.
