By special request I took pictures of Kona in the yard this morning. He's doing great . . . back to his old self. I've been adding boiled chicken bits and sometimes fish to his dry dog food. Now he licks his platter clean . . . and that makes me so happy.
As far as my weight loss goes, this morning according to the scale, I've lost 13 pounds. I feel like it's a precarious 13 pounds though. Like one bite of that coffee cake and BAM . . . poundage. I think it's an OCD thing. I know for sure that I get it from my mom. But no worry folks, after November 21 . . . BAM . . . poundage. Mochi . . . saimin . . . potato chips . . . my list keeps getting longer. LOL!

Good to see that kona boy is doing good :)
thanks for the update :)
wow 13 lbs. that is incredible...hopefully it will last longer than a bite of mochi :O)
Hi Jalna~ So glad to hear that Kona is doing much better! Not to be a downer, but what kind of dog food does Kona eat? My mother in-law would give my dog Beneful dry dog food. I'm convinced that may be the cause of his illness. Just passing along info from one dog lover to another.
OMG Jowee, that's exactly what I give Kona. I switched to it awhile back because Kona seems to enjoy the taste. But now that I add in enhancements, I think it won't matter what I use for the base. Thank you so much for the info. I'm gonna find something else for him.
Ahahahaha, thanks Mich. I know . . . my normally baggy clothes are getting baggier. Problem is, I'm pretty sure that after the challenge is over and I go back to my old eating habits, I'm gonna gain the weight back, so no sense I get new clothes.
