Awhile back I was in the Kahala Mall parking lot when I saw this. I kinda couldn't believe it.
I did my shopping quickly (which is how I shop), and when I returned to the parking lot the car was gone. But I did see this on the ground. I think the driver didn't even realize what had happened. Poor thing, yah.

I hate it when those concrete block move after you park your car. There should be a law against moving concrete.

Talk about clueless drivers....was at marukais just now and this small sedan had a brand new traffic cone wedged under the rear passengers side door! How they couldn't know about it was nuts ! The sound let alone the drag ...I tried kicking it to move it but it was Stuck!!!!
I know, Moki, I keep thinking about the $$$$ they gotta pay just to replace that part they left behind.
