Thanks to realtor Ann Noguchi of Marcus & Associates and especially to Craig Matsumoto who trusted my abilities enough to refer me to her, I was given the incredible opportunity of photographing a beautiful home atop the Royal Summit in Aiea.
Labbe Studio had a $35/hour sale on studio rental. Nelson and his family kindly agreed to pose for me so that I could pretend to be a real photographer. Bill Labbe adjusted the lighting. I just took the pictures. It was so much fun.
