Sock Monsters

My new friend Joel introduced me to the world of sock monsters. You buy a sock, you add limbs, lips, ears, eyes; you stuff it. It's so much fun creating these "monsters", and it really doesn't matter if you lack sewing skills because the more deformed your creation, the cuter. As much as I'd like to keep my "family" together though, I keep wanting to give them away. I guess I just gotta keep sewing. June 10, 2008: Been home sick for the last three days, so my family continues to grow. Here're two I made today. The cow is for my buddy, Leslie, who continues to inspire me with her enthusiasm.
