Both me and Wendell are small-kine injured so we haven't been able to take Kai on proper walks. I've started taking him to the dog park again. Kai is bigger now so I'm not as nervous as before, and he totally loves it.
This photo is of us alone at around 6:30 in the morning. About 4 other dogs did come while we were there so he was happy.

Mine is my inner ankle, probably stemming from that big toe being splayed out. Wendell's knee is acting up. He's way more proactive than me. He's gotten some kind of gel injection and recently accupuncture.
We went again this morning (Sunday) at around 6:30. It was busier than yesterday. Around 7:00 it started getting crowded. Luckily, around 1/2 hour is good enough for Kai (and me).
It's a really nice park. It got renamed to Elaine Dobashi Dog Park. I researched and found that we might not even have a dog park if not for her efforts.
Mine is chronic. I've had problems for years. Wendell's is new. Hope his improves. 'Cause, you know, he needs to play softball.
