According to one of my favorite blogs Disgrasian, the ethnically controversial movie, The Last Airbender received some scathing reviews. Too bad . . . the previews looked so good. Maybe we just gotta judge for ourselves.

Never watched it yet. I've heard from a friend that if you watched the cartoon and followed story from there it will suck. If you havent watched the cartoon, it will be alright.
(spoiler) they dont pronounce the main character's name "Ang" correct. sounds more like "ing" in the movie.
Hmmm . . . I haven't watched the cartoon so maybe it'll be okay for me. The special effects look awesome. Doesn't seem right if they mispronounce the main character's name though, yeah.
