Jane's Fountain is a throwback to the old days, it's an anomaly. I use to order their hamburger steak, corn beef and cabbage. Just a mom and pop business, local style. On School street, there use to be Uptown Fountain owned by a Okinawan famiily, they made great Pork Tofu and cabbage. Now there's Liliha Bakery across the fire station that's expensive and crowded, though the food is ono.

I love those old kine places. Used to be $1.45 before. And a nickel could buy plenty candy!
