Gracious! I had no idea you could keep an otter as a pet. This has got to be the first time I’ve heard an otter talk.
j: gonna throw a wrench in this story but otters are wild animals and shouldn't be pets. And the poor otter doesn't even have a pond to swim, he lives in a condo. To me it's so cruel to do that to a water loving animal. Thank God that most of the U.S. makes it illegal to own one. They should keep a ferret! -N
