Wendell's Crab Bisque


The recipe for this dish was in this month's Hawaiian Electric newsletter and can be found here. It was ono, but a bit thick to me. Maybe bisques are supposed to be thick. Yes?

Looks like Chowder. I love seafood bisque because of it's creaminess.

Ono looking! Supposed to be creamy not thick like chowder. As long as taste good no really matter.
