Neat video! Here I was thinking everything done with a machine but no, they sure take their udon making seriously. I'd like to try too...looks nice and chewy!

j: cool website, no translation needed. Got it bookmarked so I can see all their vids.I am curious about the udon, since udon is kind of bland and the shiru makes it tasty. Coincidentally I'm making udon for lunch today. -N
